Drug & Alcohol Counselling
Consider the following:
- Are you concerned about your drinking or drug use?
- Are you motivated to change?
- Do you want to build a new future and come to terms with the past?
- Do you want to find a new meaning and values in your life and fill the vacuum that your alcohol or drug use might have left?
If you can answer βyesβ then you might be ready to embark on a regular weekly counselling journey.
We can offer 12 free confidential counselling sessions to anyone who is concerned about their drinking or drug use. Counselling will take place on a weekly basis at a set time and date.
Counselling gives you a safe place to talk and is an opportunity to have a positive non-judgemental relationship. You and your counsellor will discuss and form an agreement on what alcohol and/or drug issues you would like to look at in your counselling.
