Mission Statement
To provide an affordable and professional counselling service to all communities and individuals
in Portsmouth and surrounding areas, but especially to those people suffering poverty and exclusion
and whose lives are marginalised and outside mainstream.
Domestic Violence or Abuse Counselling
Free Counselling Sessions
We can offer 12 free confidential counselling sessions to anyone who is or has been a victim of Domestic Violence or Abuse.
Counselling gives you a safe place to talk about your problems and express your feelings with a trained professional counsellor.
We can provide an interpreter if required.
Once you have made contact you will have an initial assessment session and can then arrange a day and time that you can meet your counsellor for the remaining 11 sessions.
Please contact us for more information, or talk to a member of Portsmouth Counselling Service for help and advice.

Counselling gives you a safe place to talk and is an opportunity to have a
positive non-judgemental relationship.
Client's Feedback
"I have been able to relieve myself of the past and completely turn my life around for the
better. If anyone ever has as many problems as I had then I will thoroughly recommend that
they get referred to have counselling, it does wonders - Thank you."
