Free Initial Assessment Available
Portsmouth Counselling Service offers a free initial Counselling Assessment for Older Persons wishing to access counselling.
Counselling
After the initial Assessment session, clients are required to pay a contribution towards their counselling which is based on the household income.
Counselling provides you with a confidential and safe place to talk. Counselling supports you in making sense of your thoughts and feelings and addressing your issues.
